Rwanda 4 Days Nyungwe Chimpanzee Gorillas Trekking in Volcanoes National Park,  The tour takes visits to Nyungwe, in South West of Rwanda, a huge afro-montane forest. With over 10000sq. Km in size, Nyungwe is the undisputed giant in Central Africa. The natural forest is renowned for its large troops of colobus monkeys, chimpanzees, butterflies and a rich variety of orchids. Over 300 bird species have been recorded. Visit some cultural sites’ en route – the Museum in Butare and the palace at Nyanza.
Visit Parc National des Volcans (PNV) in the north of Rwanda, where about 300 mountain gorillas live.

Day 1: Parc Nationale Des Volcanoes.

You will be picked up from your hotel or place of residence and transferred to Parc Nationale des Volcanoes, Dinner and overnight at Le’ Bamboo Gorilla Safari Lodge (Lodge facility) or Kinigi Guest House (Budget facility). The evening is spent sightseeing and relaxing around the hotel.
Dinner and Overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge (Luxury Lodge facility) or La Palme Hotel (mid-range lodge) Kinigi Tourist Guest house (low-budget facility) Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking Volcanoes

Have breakfast, and transfer to the park headquarters where you will meet the ranger guides. When you are done with the briefing, you will begin the trekking. The trek can be quite tough, and it takes a lot of time, approximately 2–8 hours.

Overnight at Luxury lodge (Up-market): Mountain Gorilla View Lodge or Gorillas Nest Lodge Moderate: La Palme Hotel or Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge
Low Budget: Kinigi Guest House or Muhabura Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National park.

In the morning at 8:00 am, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to Nyungwe Forest NP. When arriving in Nyungwe, you can enjoy a guided nature walk in the forest to see a variety of animals and some three hundred bird species found here, including the Rwenzori turaco and black and white.
On this escorted walk, you might spot large groups of colobus monkeys.

Dinner and Overnight at Nyungwe Lodge (Luxury Lodge facility) or Top Hill View Lodge (mid-range lodge) or Gisakura Guest House (low-budget facility)

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe Forest; Transfer back to Kigali and departure

Breakfast will be served early morning, and after you will proceed to the park headquarters for briefing at 6:00 am. Unlike other countries like Uganda where chimpanzee tracking activity starts at 8:00 am, here in Nyungwe forest National Park the activity starts at 6:00 am. You will enter the forest when it’s dark, but you will be able to see primate species such as Colobus monkeys, and forest birds and later, you will be able to see the chimpanzees when it’s already daytime.

The 4-day chimpanzee gorillas tracking ended up, we will start the return trip to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at the Airport to catch your flight back home.
